Some comments about parking.

Parking at QEPCC should be free.

Local residents and visitors should be allowed to park along the external perimeter ONLY IF, after parking, there are still 10 empty spaces in the parking lot, excluding handicapped parking.

There should be 'many' handicapped parking places near entrances. (I don't know how many is 'many'... there should be enough... I guess when handicapped people don't complain about the lack of parking space, then there would be enough.)

Only those using QEPCC should have access to the handicapped spots.

There should be a plan in place in case this proposal doesn't work and non users crowd out users on  the parking lot.
