Brochure Rack Program
The Brochure Rack Program provides members in good standing with an opportunity to spread their message in the form of flyers, posters, brochures, postcards or other marketing and promotional materials. The racks are housed at prime locations across the community -
Oakville Place Shopping Centre, Sheridan ITAL, Hopedale Mall, and two locations at the Oakville Public Library, Central Branch.
In addition, CJ's Cafe in Bronte accepts member materials.
Guidelines
:
The Oakville Arts Council owns and maintains the racks and reserves the right to remove any and all material that does not meet our mission, mandate or core values or has been placed by non-members;
The racks are refilled the first week of each month with the exception of Oakville Place Shopping Centre which is maintained every two weeks due to volume of traffic;
Promotional materials should be dropped off at 120 Navy Street, 2nd Floor on either
Mondays or Thursdays
between 9:30AM and 5PM;
Materials should be sturdy enough to stand in the racks;
We cannot accommodate materials larger than 8.5" x 11" at any location other than the Oakville Public Library 2nd Floor location.
If you are a member and would like to participate in the Brochure Racks Program, please contact Pam Keywan at
