We invite you to join the Oakville Arts Council for the 2012 Cogeco Stars Among Us, “Media Launch” on Wednesday, August 15th from 7 to 8 PM in the Black Box Studio Theatre at Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre (2302 Bridge Road, Oakville). Mayor Rob Burton will be presenting our arts awards finalist with certificates and officially opening the online community voting for each award category. Now in its 4th year, Cogeco Stars Among Us is the Oakville Arts Council’s main fundraising event that helps shine a spotlight on local talent to foster creativity, encourage emerging artists and highlight the excellence of the arts in our community.
