The Oakville Arts Council offers members the opportunity to create promotional materials including brochures, flyers, websites, electronic portfolios and more using a state-of-the-art Mac computer fitted with Adobe's Creative Suite 3: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.
There is no charge to use the equipment.

If you would like to use the communications hub, please contact the office at 905-815-5977 to book an appointment.

If you are seeking assistance with graphic design, please contact the office for information about local  designers and companies that are available to assist with these needs. Fees for service vary and it is up to the member to negotiate this with the service provider.

  • Grassroots (Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning)
Sheridan Institute has developed a new Centre for Student Engagement called "Grassroots". The Centre is strategically located in the B-wing area in the main hallway which is perfect spot to meet with hundreds of students.

The purpose of this Centre is to engage students in volunteer activities on and off campus. This Centre will be available to all non-profit and voluntary sector groups to book free of charge to promote their organizations and meet with students. Centre hours currently will be Monday to Friday 10am-3pm.

Sheridan Institute is also looking for promotional material, posters, and other items that they can post or hand out to students.
