The Brochure Rack Program provides members in good standing with an opportunity to spread their message in the form of flyers, posters, brochures, postcards or other marketing and promotional materials. The racks are housed at prime locations across the community - Oakville Place Shopping Centre, Hopedale Mall, Queen Elizabeth Park Community & Cultural Centre and the Oakville Public Library, Central Branch.

     Guidelines:

  • The Oakville Arts Council owns and maintains the racks and reserves the right to remove any and all material that does not meet our mission, mandate or core values or has been placed by non-members;
  • The racks are refilled the first week of each month with the exception of Oakville Place Shopping Centre which is maintained every two weeks due to volume of traffic;
  • Promotional materials should be dropped off at 2302 Bridge Road on either Mondays or Thursdays between 9:30AM and 5PM;
  • Materials should be sturdy enough to stand in the racks;
