VENDOR INFORMATION
Dates: November 22-27, 2023
Set Up and Take Down: Wed. Nov. 22 & Mon. Nov. 27th

Location: Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre, 2302 Bridge Road, Oakville, Ontario (Multi Purpose Rooms 1& 2)
Participant Fee: $150 (a 10% discount for OAC members). Fees will be due upon approval of applications after the application deadline

Parking: There is no cost for parking at QEPCCC
Additional Costs:
- The OAC will process all payment onsite. Artists will receive the full amount of each sale, less the Square processing fee of 2.9% per transaction.
- All pricing should include HST. The OAC will not collect or process HST on behalf of participants.
General Information:
- All sale items must be original works of art.
- There will be no wall space for hanging art. Artists are encouraged to bring their own 5' table, however, tables will be provided for those without
- Artists will provide their own table (no larger than 5') and a black or branded table cloth. The OAC will have a limited number of both to loan
- Easels are permitted and the OAC will have a limited number to loan
- Artists are welcome/encouraged to brand their space
- Each artist/artisan is expected to participate in the manning of the gallery (the number of hours will be based on how many participants there are)
- OAC staff will provide a laptop, payment terminal, as well as bags for small to medium purchases
